(1) Why do your lists cost more than lists from other companies?
Because my leads are the best in the business and it costs me more to harvest them then the ordinary leads sold by other companies. See the next two questions following this one for more detail
(2) Where do your leads come from?
Because I suspect I may have reinvented the wheel and created a brand new way to harvest leads, exactly how I do it is a closely guarded proprietary trade secret. But read the next question for a bit more detail,
(3) Why do you offer so many lists under different names at different prices?
My analysts are behind the scenes separating good leads from bad leads (we reject the bad ones – those are the ones other mailing list companies will sell), and during the process the analysts assign a numerical ‘score’ to them. The higher the score, the better the lead. But leads also show certain tendencies, like buying into Gifting programs, or a preference for MLM or Income Opportunities. Once we know their habits we assign them to certain categories – which explains the different names of the lists at different price tiers.
(4) What if I want a list that’s not on your Price List?
The only lists I sell are those on my Price List. I don’t make custom lists.
(5) Do you sell phone numbers and email addresses?
Yes, many of my regular lists and ‘Specialty Lists’ come complete with name, mailing address, phone number and email address. Refer to my Price List and Quantity Price List to see which lists include phones & emails and which come with only name and mailing address. Should you buy one of my lists that comes with phone numbers and email addresses you automatically agree that your (or anyone you share them with) use of the phones/emails constitutes your voluntary acknowledgement to totally indemnify me against any complains arising directly or indirectly from said use. We live in a nutty world and in the most litigious nation on earth so I need to protect myself. (I do not run the phone numbers against any 'Do Not Call' list.)
(6) Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, I accept Visa and MasterCard 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on my website. I don’t accept credit card orders by phone or mail.
(7) Is it safe to order a list online?
Yes. You can order without worry. There are many layers of protection used that protect your identity, credit card and bank info from outsiders and the protection is periodically tightened so that it always stays way ahead of those who would abuse us all.
(8) Why was my credit card rejected?
After being the victim of credit card fraud (Nigerians!) I raised the bar at the agency I pay to process & verify credit cards as protection from further fraud. If your billing & shipping address differ even slightly (like a misplaced comma) your order is automatically rejected. If this happens to you try to order again being very careful to enter billing & shipping addresses exactly alike. If you don’t receive a personal confirmation from me then your order did not go through and I did not receive it. It sometimes happens that even though your order didn’t go through a charge can appear on your statement for 48-72 hours then it disappears (I still don’t know why – it even happens to me when I shop online). 99% of all orders are problem-free but if you do have a problem please remember that I do not have control over the processing agency; I have no control to approve or reject any order; I have no control over your bank account. I pay that agency so I don’t have to know your credit card or bank account numbers.
(9) Why don’t you accept PayPal?
I used PayPal for years until they suddenly decided to no longer accept companies that sell mailing lists then abruptly closed my account. But it was a problem even before that because everyone wanting to place an order had to first open a PayPal account and I received a lot of pushback from a lot of people who just wanted to use their credit cards. So after PayPal so abruptly gave me the boot I opened a merchant account with the company that processes about 85% of all credit card purchases in America and they use certain measures I can’t discuss here to protect me (and you) from credit card fraud.
(10) Can I mail you my order?
Yes. Mail your order with your name, address, phone and email address and make it payable to MARK BESHARA and send it to me at 5455 S Suncoast Blvd, Suite 66, Homosassa, FL 34446. Be sure to tell me exactly what you’re ordering. All orders are confirmed by me by email immediately upon receipt. Orders paid by money order and cash are shipped within 24 hours of receipt by USPS Priority Mail. Orders paid by check are held 15 days for bank clearance. Sorry, no exceptions.
(11) Can I mail you my credit card number with my order?
No! I don’t have the ability to enter your card number at my end and I don’t want to know your card number. The ONLY way credit cards are accepted is online.
(12) Can I mail you a check?
Yes, but all checks are held 15 days for clearance before your order can be shipped. Sorry, no exceptions.
(13) I live outside the USA – can I order a list from you?
No. I do not accept foreign orders and I refuse to send my lists to any foreign address. Should one slip through the net it will be rejected and returned
(14) How long will it take for me to receive my order?
All orders are promptly confirmed by email directly from me then shipped within 24 hours or less by USPS Priority Mail that usually takes 2-3 days to arrive. If you want your order sooner you should have anticipated it and ordered sooner. And once I deposit your order with the post office it’s in their hands and I have no control over it. From that point forward delivery of your order is up to the U.S. Postal Service, not me. And lastly, please don't ask me to send your order by any means other than USPS Priority Mail. I sometimes receive requests to send orders by FedEx or by overnight delivery. The ONLY way orders are shipped is by USPS Priority (2-3 day) Mail. If 2 or 3 days is too long, you should have anticipated your needs and ordered sooner.
(15) I’m in a hurry to get my list – will you email it to me?
No. To protect you and me from credit fraud I mail all orders to the billing address of the credit card used to make the purchase. I will refuse your request to mail your order to any address other than the credit card’s billing address or to email your list to you. However I may make an exception only after you are a well-established client.
(16) What’s your very best mailing list?
My lists vary widely in price from about $6 per 1000 to nearly $300 per 1000. Here’s the secret to figuring out which is the best list for your offer: All of my lists are suitable for any Income Opportunity, Business Opportunity, MLM Offer, Gifting or Chain letter offer. But the thing to remember is that the higher the price, the more responsive they can be. I offer lists in all price ranges so there's something for every budget. The best advice I can give you is to buy the best (highest priced) list you can afford now then upgrade as soon as possible, always keeping in mind that the more expensive the list, the more responsive it can be.
(17) What do you do with my personal info?
Your personal information is 100% totally safe with me. I don’t add you to any of the lists I sell. In fact the only list I add you to is to my periodic newsletter (and you can unsubscribe at any time). I NEVER reveal your personal info to anyone for any reason… Period!
(18) Can I send you my returned mail pieces for a postage refund?
No. Other mailing list companies may offer 2-for-1 or a cash refund on returned mail, I do not. I know you’ll have some mail returned despite my best efforts to make certain all lists are entirely up to date. All lists are run through the USPS National Change of Address database for forwarding addresses but according to post office statistics about 35% of all movers do not file a change of address with the postal service. To offset this inevitability I send plenty of extra free leads with every order (except on my ‘Specialty Lists’).
(19) How old are the leads you’ll send me?
They’re between 1-4 days old (in other words, Brand New) at the time they are put in the mail to you. Unlike other companies my leads don’t sit on the shelf getting stale waiting for an order. But my ‘Specialty Lists’ are from the previous quarter which is why they’re priced so low. See the next three questions for more info about my ‘Specialty Lists’.
(20) What does it mean that‘Specialty Lists’ are from the previous quarter?
They are refreshed quarterly with new leads from the previous quarter. They’re refreshed during the first week of January, April, July and October. The leads these lists are refreshed with have never been sent to any client but are 90 days old at the time they are put into these ‘Specialty Lists’ which are then sold to only the first 25 persons who order them. Once 25 copies are sold that list is retired and unavailable until the next quarterly refresh. It’s strictly first come, first served.
(21) Can I order a small portion of a ‘Specialty List’ so I can test it?
No. The quantities of my ‘Specialty Lists’ are locked in and cannot be changed.
(22) Can I request labels on a 'Specialty List'?
No. labels are not available on any 'Specialty List'. If you want labels you can use the CD that'll be in your package to print your own labels quickly and easily. If you insist on labels you'll have to buy a list that comes on labels. Please read my Price List to see which lists come on labels and which do not.
(23) How many people will receive the same leads you’ll send to me?
My motto is “I never sell the same name twice”. The list I send to you will not be sent to any other of my clients to give you an ‘exclusive’ chance to sell them your offer. And the list I send you actually belongs to you and you may use it over and over again, as many times and for as many offers as you like. It is yours for your unlimited use. Other companies only rent the same tired lists over and over to many clients and restrict them to a one-time use. They seed the list with decoys and can tell if a client uses it more than once then they bill them and if they don’t pay the real fun begins.
(24) Who will be on my mailing list?
All my lists are random selections of male and female all across the US. I'm too busy to accept special requests.
(25) Can you get me a mailing list of realtors in Chicago?
No. The only lists I offer are the ones on my Price List. I do not accept special requests. Please don’t ask the same question again.
(26) Can you get me a mailing list of dry cleaners in San Diego?
You really have to begin paying more attention. The answer is NO. The only lists I offer are the ones on my Price List. I do not accept special requests. Please, please don’t ask the same question again.
(27) Why can’t I phone your office and speak with you?
Because I’m too busy to spend all day and night on the phone with everyone who wants to speak with me. I prefer to devote that time to harvesting leads that will make my clients money. If you want to ask a question or two email me and I’ll respond as promptly as possible.
(28) What’s the ‘free consultation’ you offer?
When you make a qualifying purchase I’ll personally confirm it by email and in that email I’ll give you instructions about how we’ll proceed with the free consultation. Clients usually ask me to evaluate the offer they intend to mail but some ask me to use the free hour for something else. Within a short time I email them my opinion and recommendations. It’s quick and highly effective. If you don’t make a purchase qualifying you for a free consultation you may still get a consultation at my usual rate of $200 per hour.
(29) Can I use the mailing list I get from you more than once?
Yes. It belongs to you for your unlimited use. You are free to mail them the same offer over and over, or to mail them as many offers as you want to, as many times as you want to, for as long as you want to.
(30) Do your lists come on labels?
Some do, some don’t. Please read my Price List to find out which is which. It’s a good idea to print the Price List and save it. I apologize that the Price List is overcrowded but everything on it is important and will answer many of your questions so please read it. If my Price List says a particular list does not come on labels, please don’t ask me to provide it on labels.
(31) Do you charge shipping & handling fees?
No. All handling and shipping charges are included in the prices of the lists.
(32) How do you differ from all the other mailing list companies?
You haven’t been paying attention. Start again from the top. No soup for you!
(33) What will be in my package when it arrives?
A letter from me, some literature, some special offers and ways to make you a lot of money, plus your leads on labels (if you ordered labels) and a very special CD that contains your leads in 3 special formats to make it easier for you to reuse them. Your leads will be in (1) an Excel Spreadsheet so you can sort and analyze them, (2) an ASCII comma delimited file so you can merge them into any sales letter, brochure or other document, and (3) a Word document that will actually print another set of labels anytime you want – all you do is put blank labels in your printer, open this document and push your “Print” button and the labels will begin printing automatically. No other company provides this added value.
(34) If I order from you, how long before my order is shipped to me?
Like I said, all orders are shipped within 24 hours or less by USPS Priority Mail usually taking 2-3 days to reach you,
(35) How long have you been in the mailing list business?
I first began working with mailing lists in about 1975 and by 1980 was at full speed, juggling lists for clients as well as for myself (yes, I too use direct mail). In 1980 I built a mail order operation for exercise guru Richard Simmons (I also produced 3 albums for him) and was using direct mail to advertise a number of businesses ventures for myself and my clients and to sell an album I produced for myself called ‘Astral Sounds’. I’m now approaching my 40th anniversary in the mailing list business. (Stop counting on your fingers, I was born in 1941.)
(36) Do you ever offer any discounts?
No. The prices on the Price List & Quantity Price List are absolutely final.
(37) Will others receive the same leads you’re sending to me?
It depends. If you order one of my regular lists the leads I send you will be yours exclusively. If you order one of my ‘Specialty Lists’ they go to only 25 clients.
(38) What if I need more than one set of labels?
That’s easy. The package I send you will contain a CD that has your leads in a special Word document that will automatically print as many sets of labels as you want, whenever you want.
(39) What if I want to change or cancel my order?
Please make sure you are ordering carefully. As clearly stated on my website and on my Price List, all orders are absolutely final. No cancellations, refunds, changes or exchanges for any reason. When you order you’ll be required to agree to this policy before your order can be finalized.
(40) How many replies/orders will I receive?
As clearly stated on my website and on my Price List, I do not guarantee any specific rate of response and/or any specific percentage of sales. It’s true that my lists were secretly (unbeknownst to me) independently tested by a large MLM organization of more than 3300 active mailers and got nearly a 6% reply. Here’s what their report said: “5.9% response and only 1.5% undeliverable”. I’m rightly very proud of that and I challenge any other mailing list company in America to match that, or even come close!
(41) But what if I’m on a very tight budget?
You have two options. You can either test smaller quantities of my Excellent (not Premium) leads or you can order the best list you can afford now and upgrade whenever possible. My Price List explains both options
(42) What if I want to test your Premium List?
Please refer to my Price List or to my website's "Test a Smaller Quantity". It explains that only my Excellent leads are available for testing. No smaller test quantities are available on any other list.
(43) You have so many different lists, how can I compare them all?
You can either print the Price List and spend a few minutes looking it over or you can go to the ‘E-Store’ page on my website where all of my offerings are displayed in one place for your convenience in selecting the list you feel is best suited for your offer.
(44) I’m working an MLM program, which list should I order?
I offer a list of MLM Addicts for $140 per 1000 but the best advice I can offer is that ALL of my lists are suitable for MLM offers and usually the higher the price of the list, the much more responsive it can be. (47) I want labels but the list is marked “no labels available”. What do I do?
Either order the list you want and use the CD I’ll send you to print your own labels very easily and automatically, or buy a list that has labels available.

(53) I heard you wrote travel guidebooks to Bali. Is it true?
Yes. I first got the idea of writing a book about Bali (one of the islands belonging to Indonesia) during the two years my wife and I lived there. My first book, ‘Eating Bali’ was published by Times Books International in Singapore. Shortly thereafter I wrote ‘Secret Bali’ about fascinating places unknown to tourists, then I wrote ‘Scared to Death’, true stories about the use of voodoo and black magic in Indonesia, rounding out my ‘Bali Trilogy’. (54) I heard you also won a Gold Album. Is it true?
Yes, and I can still hardly believe it. During the 20 years I lived in Los Angeles (actually Beverly Hills and Hollywood) I wore many hats. Marketing consultant, mailing list specialist, record producer and lecturer. While lecturing about mind-control and meditation I experimented with sound and sound waves to try to enhance moods. It worked. So I worked with a psychologist, a sound engineer and a guy that played a computer (Moog Synthesizer) capable of creating any sound imaginable. In time the sounds produced the desired effect so I copyrighted it with the U.S. Library of Congress and began marketing it. That was 1973. Orders began pouring in from all over the world and to my surprise it was being used by hospitals, pain centers, and universities and approximately six months before he was murdered, John Lennon mailed me a check for three of them. By 1982 I had sold more than 500,000 of them so I was awarded a Gold Album by the Recoding Industry Association of America – the entity that audits and certifies record sales. It’s the first recording ever to win a Gold Album despite containing no music, voices, human or natural sounds and wound up being the best-selling New Age album of all time. (55) Okay, who the heck are you anyway, and what’s your story?
Okay, here’s my bio – but fasten your seatbelt – it’s going to be quite a ride!
I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, left home on my 17th birthday, never looked back and have lived life as a adventure ever since, living in places as diverse as Alaska’s Aleutian Islands, Arizona, Los Angeles (Hollywood & Beverly Hills) Jamaica, Australia, Bali, Java and Borneo.
During my 20 years in Los Angeles I created meditation techniques then taught them to thousands including movie, TV and rock stars. As a marketing consultant I produced four record albums, three ghost-produced for fitness guru Richard Simmons and one for my own label, which earned me a Gold Album from the Recording Industry Association of America. My ‘Astral Sounds’ is the first recording ever to win a Gold Album despite containing no music, voices, human or natural sounds and it wound up being the best-selling New Age album of all time. Then I partnered with two attorneys and created a remedial bar review training that utilized my mind-control techniques and I remain the only non-attorney in California history to train law school graduates to pass the Bar Exam.
I then relocated to Bali and during two years there I researched the first two books of what would wind up being my ‘Bali Trilogy’. I then moved to Australia where I spent more than two years on a plumb marketing assignment. Then it was back to Bali for a year before moving to Indonesia’s South Borneo when the Indonesian government retained me as a consultant. It was in Borneo I finalized the research needed to complete the third and final title of my trilogy – ‘Scared to Death’. I spent more than six years in South Borneo where my wife & I owned a 200-seat restaurant built on a stationary raft floating in the largest river in South Borneo and to this day I still act as an occasional marketing consultant to the Indonesian government. My only real hobby (it’s more of an obsession, really) is early American Rhythm & Blues (circa 1945-62, or ‘pre-Beatles’ as I like to describe it to my Beatles-fan wife), and collecting vintage film footage and sound recordings of America’s premier Rock ‘n’ Roll vocal harmony groups of the 1950s. From singing Doo Wop acappella harmony on the street corners of Brooklyn as a teenager lucky enough to be an eyewitness to the dawn of Rock ‘n’ Roll, my dream actually came full-circle when I helped staged some of my musical heroes in 1950s-style revival concerts in New York and Hollywood in the 1980s and, more recently, when I was graciously mentioned in the introduction to the published memoirs of one of my early musical heroes.
I've been happily married since 1988 to my beautiful wife Nurul who is highly accomplished in her own right (a doctor of acupuncture and a college instructor of the Indonesian language). We reside here in Homosassa, Florida.
